Pines Camp Counsel Return Policy

At Pines Camp Counsel, everything we do — from our “Bottoms Don’t Carry Coolers” tanks to our shade-throwing trucker hats — is made to order just for you. That means we don’t keep stacks of merch in a back room (or under a bunk bed).

Because of that, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered.


If Something’s Not Right

We’ll gladly replace or refund your item if:

  • It arrives damaged or misprinted
  • The wrong size, color, or product was sent
  • It gets lost in transit

To start a return or replacement:

  • Email camper@pinescampcounsel.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue
  • We’ll review and get back to you within 2 business days

Sizing & Fit

Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering — our merch runs true to size unless otherwise noted. Because each piece is custom-made, we can’t offer exchanges for ordering the wrong size.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items (if offered)
  • Any item not in its original condition due to customer use

Shipping Costs

If we made the mistake, we’ll cover all shipping for your replacement. If the return is approved for another reason, original shipping costs are non-refundable.


TL;DR: We make your order just for you — so we can’t take it back unless it’s our fault. If it is, we’ll make it right.
