Welcome to Pines Camp Counsel! By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully — preferably with a beachside cocktail in hand.

1. Who We Are

Pines Camp Counsel LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates this website and offers products for sale, currently focused on made-to-order merchandise. We’re registered in the State of New York and based in fabulous Fire Island Pines (spiritually, if not physically year-round).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian’s permission to purchase from us.

3. Product Information

  • All merch is Print-on-Demand — custom made for you after you place your order.
  • Product images are digital mockups; colors and placement may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
  • We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue products without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
  • Payment must be completed before your order is produced.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, Shopify Payments, and approved digital wallets.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Once your order ships, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all merch is made-to-order, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our Return Policy for details.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are digital and non-refundable. For now, they can only be redeemed for merchandise — not for beach concierge services (coming Summer 2026).

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and branding on this site are the property of Pines Camp Counsel LLC. Please don’t reproduce, copy, or resell our designs without written permission. We work hard to make our camp cute — don’t steal it.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or products for:

  • Illegal purposes
  • Violating laws or regulations
  • Transmitting harmful code
  • Harassing, abusing, or discriminating against others (we’re proudly inclusive — if that’s a problem for you, move along)

10. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our products or services. Maximum liability will not exceed the purchase price of your order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted here.
