Pines Camp Counsel Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All Pines Camp Counsel merch is made-to-order through our print partners (Printful and Apliiq).

  • Processing time: Most orders ship within 2–7 business days after payment is received.
  • Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods or due to carrier delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently offer two shipping speeds for U.S. orders:

  • Economy: $5.00 — Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days after fulfillment
  • Standard: $10.00 — Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after fulfillment

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — actual timelines depend on carrier performance.

3. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on which production facility they come from. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no extra cost.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.
  • Some items may be unavailable for shipment to certain destinations due to supplier restrictions.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

6. Delays & Issues

We’re not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing times
  • Natural disasters or events beyond our control

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, email us at camper@pinescampcounsel.com and we’ll help track it down.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
  • Include your order number and photos if applicable.
  • We’ll work with our production partner to replace or refund your item.
